Job Title:�Teacher of Physics and Engineering

For this role there is a Full time position available as a Physics and Engineering Teacher. However if you specialise in only one of these subjects, they can be split into 2 part time roles:�
- Physics Teacher -�22.2 hours per week
- Engineering Teacher -�14.8 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Physics and Engineering sector.
- Provide hands-on and theoretical instruction in specific areas.
- Support students' academic and personal growth, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that connect classroom learning to real-world applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and address the needs of all students.
- Support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, providing guidance and tailored support.
Requirements
- Holds a minimum Level 3 Physics/Engineering qualification (Essential) or a relevant Degree, and GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Is a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards**.
- Has current knowledge and experience in teaching Physics/Engineering
- Demonstrate effective classroom management, excellent time management, and strong communication skills.
- Is proficient in preparing teaching materials using Information Learning Technology.
