Teacher of Religious Education

Tradewind are recruiting for a Teacher of Religious Education for a position due to start in January 2025 at one of our St. Helens client secondary schools.

The outline for the Teacher of Religious Education position based in St. Helens is below:

• Teacher of Religious Education (KS3 and KS4)
• Helens faith secondary school
• Full time position
• Continuing until July 2025
• Pay is up to MPS6, £223.62 per day

The successful Teacher of Religious Education will be joining a St. Helens secondary school who support pupils by having a culture of high expectations and traditional values and striving to support every child to achieve their full academic potential.

To be considered for this Teacher of Religious Education position based in St. Helens the essentials are:

• Experience teaching Religious Education across KS3 and KS4, following the UK national curriculum
• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
• Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
• Have a child workforce enhanced DBS on the update service, or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
