Our client is part of Group, the Group is made up of six business units, each of which aspires to innovate, influence, and inspire others through high-quality and purposeful education and training, specifically for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting. It is a national group of 13 independent OFSTED-regulated schools.
They support approximately 30 pupils on roll to ensure that we can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment. The school consists of a core team of the Head of Provision, three teachers, and two support staff. Further support is also provided by regional and national staff, who work with several schools across our group.

About you:
Teachers to hold QTS/QTLS/PGCE
Tutors to have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care.
Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies
A commitment to holistic student development
Ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it
Passionate about making a positive impact on students lives
