Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and effective lessons tailored to students' needs.
• Inspire and support students to develop a love for learning.
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure academic success.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements of a Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting (depending on specialism).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for education, student development, and inspiring young minds.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
• An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
