As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, working closely with teachers, and helping to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.

About the role:

• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Supporting children with their learning, including those with additional needs
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Providing one-on-one or small group support as needed
• Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence in students

What you'll need:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, especially in primary settings
• Strong behaviour management skills and resilience in working with children with challenging behaviour
