As a pivotal member of the team, you will offer indispensable assistance to learners, enriching their educational journey and holistic well-being. Your duties encompass academic aid, occasional care support, and the implementation of personalised positive behaviour management techniques.

Key Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Experience with SEN/SEMH is desirable but not essential
  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent
