Teaching Assistant (SEN/D) - 1:1 Support

The Supply Register is proud to partner with the Wade Deacon Trust and Heath Family Trust, supporting primary schools across Halton, including Bridgewater Park and Weston Point Primary Schools. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEN/D) to provide essential 1:1 support to a student with additional needs.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a student who may be non-verbal or require tailored communication strategies. You will work closely with school staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes both academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with SEN/D, including non-verbal communication techniques.
✅ Work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to implement effective support strategies.
✅ Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment✅ Support the student’#####trong data-#####t="1395" data-end="1431">emotional and social development wit#####patient and adaptable approach.

What We’re Looking For:<#####ong>

✔ A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willi#####ss to obtai#####e).
