Part-Time Teaching Assistant (SEND) - Chesterfield

A primary school in Chesterfield is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join their team. This part-time role (Tuesday to Friday) will be based within the Integrated Resource Unit, supporting pupils with additional needs, as well as assisting in mainstream classrooms when required.

About the Role:

• Supporting pupils with SEND in the Integrated Resource Unit.
• Assisting in mainstream classrooms when needed.
• Working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils, providing tailored support.
• Creating a calm and nurturing learning environment.

About You:

• Experience working with pupils with additional needs.
• A patient, understanding, and supportive approach.
• Experience supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 learners.
• A team player who is flexible and adaptable.
