We are looking for a patient, empathetic, and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Year 1 pupil, providing individualized support to help him thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will possess

  • A keen interest in working with children
  • \n
  • Experience (paid or voluntary) working with Children and/or in the care sector
  • \n
  • Open to training and development
  • \n
  • Proactive work ethic
  • \n
  • A good understanding of special educational needs
  • \n
  • The ability to provide a range of support to pupils
  • \n
  • A patient and understanding attitude
  • \n
  • The ability to work as part of a team
