GSL Education are looking for a proactive and devoted Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming school in Bournemouth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support students in their academic journey, helping them to develop confidence, resilience, and a love for learning.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive. If you are patient, enthusiastic, and eager to support children in reaching their full potential, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant (TA):

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
• Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Encourage students to engage in their learning and build essential skills.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students with additional needs to ensure they receive appropriate guidance.

Requirements of the Teaching Assistant (TA):

• Previous experience working with children (desirable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and encouraging approach to supporting students.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
