Smart Teachers are recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a school in the Hammersmith area

About the role

  • Role is working with children in KS1 and supporting them with phonics
  • Provide general support in class and also in small intervention groups to help further their understanding of phonics
  • Work closely with the class teacher to track the progress of the pupils
  • Full time role starting in September 2024

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:


  • Have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:


  • Have experience teaching phonics (read, write, inc.)
