Prospero Teaching are currently looking for an enthusiastic Teaching assistant to join our team of passionate Learning support workers. This role starts ASAP, however we also have roles starting in September (If that is more suitable for you)

Duties include:

• Supporting students with class related work and activities
• Adapting supportive methods to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils. ...
• Support the class teacher in their day-to-day role
• Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment. ...
• Fulfilling wider professional responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold recent, relevant experience
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 5 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Have good communication skills
• Have good critical thinking skills
