About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
• Assisting in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Supporting students with special educational needs to ensure they have access to the curriculum.
• Helping to monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values and ethos.

What We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a secondary school setting.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting student achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development will be an advantage.
