Pay Rate: £83 - £100 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students at a school in Grimsby. This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering effective lessons.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs.
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom organization.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and encourage student engagement and participation.

Requirements:

• Experience in an educational setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
