Work as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)

Location: London Borough of LewishamStart Date: September 2024Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm (Term Time Only)Duration: Until the end of the academic year (July 2025)Daily Rate: £85 - £120 per day (Variance with or without additional hours with breakfast clubs and afterschool clubs)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support children with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to a rich and inclusive educational experience.
  • Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored learning plans.
  • Assist in the delivery of engaging and supportive classroom activities.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing environment to promote the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
