Supply Desk are seeking a 1:1 teaching assistant for a specialist provision in Chichester

Starting  September 2024

Pay: *up to £13 ph (dependant on experience)

Hours: 08:30 - 15:00

Supply Desk are seeking a teaching assistant with knowledge of ADHD to work 1:1 with a student who will start this specialist provision in September. This is a unique school where pupils normally only spend a short -time before returning to mainstream or specialist provisions. Ofsted rated Good and recognised for supporting children with a unique and personalised curriculum.

Job Description:

1:1 with a Year 6 child with ADHD
Supporting with Maths, English, spelling etc
Able to work towards specialised targets for SEMH children
Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
Pay: *up to £13 ph (dependant on experience)
Location: Chichester area
Start Date: September
Contract Length: Long Term – Potential to become permanent
Hours: Full time-
Individual Profile:

UK school-based experience mandatory
Good subject knowledge
Must have good classroom and behaviour management
Resilient, enthusiastic and proactive individual
Intervention experience preferred
