Teaching Assistant

Early Years Teaching Assistant | Hammersmith & Fulham, W12 | Full Time | �90-�105 | Long-Term to Permanent | September 2024

LTF Recruitment is looking for dedicated Early Years Practitioners to enhance the support staff team at a highly regarded school in Hammersmith and Fulham. Due to an increase in funding for the new academic year, the school are currently seeking 4 Teaching Assistants to support in the Reception Classes for the new academic year. You will utilise your expertise and experience in early childhood education to provide exceptional support and teaching in the nursery and EYFS classes. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the experiences of both pupils and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children's development and learning.
• Serve as a key worker for a designated group of pupils.
• Assist the Class Teacher with lesson delivery.
• Prepare the classroom and learning materials.
• Address the needs of all children, including those with diagnosed or emerging SEND.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-quality Nursery or Primary setting.
• Relevant Early Years Qualification or equivalent, Level 3 or above.
• Drive, motivation, and a genuine passion for education.
