Accelerate Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Secondary School in Kirklees. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with both teachers and students to provide tailored support, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students with varying needs.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons that engage and inspire.
  • Help to maintain a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.
  • Support students in their social and emotional development.
  • Assist with classroom management, including preparing resources and setting up equipment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents where necessary.
