Pay Rate: £83 - £100 per day

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment and contribute to the academic and personal growth of students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to the teacher and assist with managing student behaviour.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who require extra support.
• Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and track student progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new one.
