Teaching Assistant

ABC Teachers are recruiting for applicants with prior experience working in a primary school setting to work as a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant on a day to day basis in Cannock and surrounding areas.

About the role:

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Gain paid experience to build knowledge of role and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Working with pupils within the Key Stage 2 year groups.
• Build relationships with both students and local schools.
• To start from as soon as possible.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:

• Be able to gain 2 professional references for most recent and most relevant roles.
• Ideally have a qualification in childcare or supporting teaching, however, this is not mandatory if you have relevant experience.
• Be able to form strong working relationships in a professional setting.
• Have or be willing to obtain a DBS that is registered on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
