GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a school in Lincoln on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive environment, assisting teachers in creating a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist with classroom management and student behaviour.
• Provide 1:1 or group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school setting is beneficial.
• A passion for supporting students’ learning and personal development.
