Salary: £85 - £100 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join schools in Boston. If you are enthusiastic about education and supporting students in reaching their full potential, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
• Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups.
• Help create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Support students with varying needs and help maintain classroom discipline.

Requirements:

• Experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive approach to helping students succeed academically and emotionally.
