GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools in Lincoln. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives by providing valuable support in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in lesson preparation and delivery.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Offer assistance to students with different learning needs and abilities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a classroom or educational setting is advantageous.
• A strong desire to help students succeed academically and socially.
