I work with dynamic and welcoming secondary schools in Lincoln, dedicated to providing high-quality education and a nurturing environment for all students. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant team.

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and learning activities.
• Providing targeted support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students to boost their confidence and academic progress.
• Supporting students with SEN to overcome barriers to learning and help them achieve their goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people or students with SEN is desirable.
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
