Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant for a successful primary school based in Chester.

The role is a full time position working as a general Teaching Assistant in a lovely early years setting. The school are looking for someone that can be committed to a long term position starting after October half term and will continue throughout the next year. The schools hours are 8:30am to 3:30 and follow the Cheshire West & Chester half term dates.

In this role, you will be required to support young pupils aged 4-5 years old in there early years development. You will be responsible for encouraging development in basic subjects such as English and Numeracy, following the read write inc phonics scheme and engage in day to day activities.

The daily rate for this role starts at �83.33 a day.

To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
