Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Little Lever, Bolton
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Pay: Up to £95 per day, depending on experience
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and helping students to engage with learning.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who may need extra help.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Help with administrative tasks, including preparing materials and resources for lessons.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere to encourage student progress and development.
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure the individual needs of students are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school environment, is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting both students and staff.
- Passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.
