Zest Education are working with a busy special educational needs school located in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant.
The hours of work will be from Monday-Friday, 8:30-15:30. This role is due to begin as soon as possible and will continue on a long term basis.
This inclusive school caters to students aged 11-19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties and disabilities. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to these students, helping them develop the skills they need to lead happy, healthy, and independent lives.

Your commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all pupils is essential, along with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher, assisting students with their work and supporting positive behaviour. Building strong relationships with students, acting as a role model, and addressing individual needs will be key responsibilities.
