Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to support students' learning journeys? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Sleaford starting in December 2025.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide support to students in the classroom, helping them engage with lessons.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students needing extra assistance.
• Assist the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Contribute to students' social and emotional well-being, creating an inclusive learning environment.

• Experience working with young people or a background in education.
