Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Boston starting in January 2025. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping students succeed in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students in KS3 and KS4 across a range of subjects, providing tailored support.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom setting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to supporting young learners.
• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
