We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our team and help us deliver excellent educational support to our students.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support students in their learning and development. You will assist with the preparation of resources, provide individual or small group support, and promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their learning, both individually and in small groups.
- Assist the teacher with classroom management and organization.
- Help create and maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Work with students on their academic and personal development.
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of teaching materials.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, patient, and supportive attitude towards students.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
