An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, vibrant, and supportive team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for supporting learning in EYFS and Key Stage 1. You will work under the direction of the Head of Early Years or the KS1 Assistant Head, contributing to an engaging and dynamic classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teaching and learning within EYFS and Key Stage 1, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to plan, deliver, and assess learning activities.
• Provide individual and small group support for students, fostering their eagerness to learn and helping them achieve their potential.
• Take on a range of Teaching Assistant duties and responsibilities with maturity and confidence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A passionate and engaging Teaching Assistant with experience working in EYFS and/or Key Stage 1.
• Able to support and inspire children in their learning journey.
• Confident in taking on responsibilities and working collaboratively with teachers.
• Able to contribute to the wider life of the school community.
