Are you a recent Science graduate looking to gain experience in the classroom? GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support science classes in a vibrant Spalding school starting January 2025.

The Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide in-class support to students in science lessons, assisting with practicals and discussions.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students needing extra help.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, gaining experience in teaching methods.
• Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging student engagement and curiosity.

What We Are Looking For:

• A degree in Science or a related field.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Confidence in assisting students and engaging them in scientific inquiry.

This role offers a valuable opportunity for recent graduates to gain essential experience in education and develop skills for a future teaching career.
