Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:

• Deliver focused 1:1 support to a Year 2 pupil with Autism, helping to build confidence and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the class teacher to ensure tailored strategies are implemented effectively.
• Use your Teaching Assistant experience to manage emotional regulation and encourage positive behaviour.

What the Ideal Teaching Assistant Brings:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, specifically supporting children with Autism or additional needs.
• A patient, confident, and proactive approach, with the ability to manage behaviour calmly and positively.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to process one through Reeson Education.
