Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support for students
- Be a positive role model in the classroom
- Assist teachers in preparing resources and classroom activities
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning experiences
- Bring enthusiasm and dedication to the classroom every day
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children and enhancing their learning experience
- Previous experience working with children
- Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is a plus
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Confidence in guiding small groups or individuals
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
