An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Haringey. Starting in Janua#####025, this role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with Autism. The school will hold trials during the first week back, commencing 6th January. Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support a Year 3 child with Autism, helping them engage with classroom activities and develop essential skills.
• Use your Teaching Assistant experience to implement tailored learning strategies alongside the class teacher.
• Foster a calm and nurturing atmosphere, encouraging emotional regulation and positive social interactions.
• Play an active role as a Teaching Assistant, ensuring the pupil thrives in both learning and personal development.

What Makes the Perfect Teaching Assistant:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant working with children with Autism or similar needs.
• Confident, patient, and adaptable - able to hit the ground running and build strong relationships.
