Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, personalised lessons.
• Support students in their academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Help create a vibrant and encouraging learning atmosphere.
• Work closely with staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Supervise students during breaks and assist with extracurricular activities.

What They're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
• Previous experience in educational or similar settings is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are an advantage.
