Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a new opportunity in Tower Hamlets? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable 2 form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets

Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
• Support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Provide support for students with additional needs, in line with IEP's

What we are looking for in a Teaching Assistant:

• Proven track record supporting children in a primary school setting, ideally within KS2
• Experience supporting a variety of learning difficulties and implementing strategies to address individual needs is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
• A strong team player, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
• A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
