Are you passionate about supporting young people in their educational journey? We're looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a dynamic secondary school in Prestwich.

This full-time position runs from 08:15 to 15:15, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive pay of up to £95 per day. We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who has experience working with young people and wants to make a real impact in the classroom.

What You'll Do:

• Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons to secondary school students
• Work closely with students to support their learning and development
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students where needed
• Help with administrative tasks related to student progress and learning

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people (experience in a school setting is preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students effectively
• A proactive, supportive approach to learning and development
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
