Integra Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a primary-aged pupil who receives their education outside of a traditional school setting. This rewarding 1:1 role involves working closely with the pupil and their tutor in the Bangor area (main town).
\n
Working days and hours (non-negotiable) Monday to Thursday: 09:30 till 11:30am
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n- Provide tailored support to the pupil, ensuring their educational needs are met effectively.
\n- Assist the tutor in delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
\n- Foster a positive and nurturing environment to promote the pupil's personal and academic development.
\n- Collaborate with the tutor and other professionals to implement learning strategies and track progress.

What We're Looking For:
\n
\n- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in a 1:1 capacity.
\n- Strong ability to adapt to individual learning styles and needs.
\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n- A compassionate and patient approach, with a commitment to making a positive difference in the pupil's education.
\n- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).
\n- Previous experience working with pupils with additional needs (SEN/SEND)
