Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN or behavioural needs.
• Confidence in managing challenging behaviours and supporting emotional regulation.
• A patient, understanding, and proactive approach.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
