Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Do you enjoy supporting young people and helping them succeed in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Boston from February 2025.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional needs.
• Help maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students with classroom activities and behaviour management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with secondary school students (desired but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring and proactive attitude.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) – higher qualifications are desirable.
