About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils aged 4-11, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who need extra help.
• Encouraging children's confidence, participation, and academic progress.
• Supporting the development of social and communication skills.
• Helping to maintain a structured and engaging classroom atmosphere.

• Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
