Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.83 - £14.54 per hour

Reeson Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive mainstream primary school in the M46 area. This full-time, long-term opportunity is perfect for a Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting young learners, particularly in EYFS or KS1.

The school is focused on providing a supportive, well-rounded education that encourages each child's individual growth. With a strong emphasis on nurturing both academic and personal development, the school creates a positive, inclusive environment for both students and staff. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist the class teacher in delivering creative lessons, supporting pupils' learning, and providing assistance to students with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:

• Support EYFS or KS1 pupils within the classroom setting.
• Work closely with the class teacher to foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Assist with group and one-on-one activities to enhance learning.
• Provide support to a child with SEND when needed.
• Help maintain a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with EYFS or KS1 pupils (desirable but not essential).
• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with young learners.
• Passionate about supporting early childhood development.
• Commitment to a long-term Teaching Assistant role in a primary school.
