Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Are you passionate about supporting young people in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Lincoln.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support students in KS3 and KS4 with their learning in and out of the classroom.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-to-one or small-group support for students who need additional help.
• Encourage positive behaviour and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with staff to uphold the school’s values and ethos.

Requirements:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting students.
