Teaching Assistant – Secondary School

Salary: £85 - £110 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students in a secondary school in Lincoln. This role is perfect for those passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning.
• Work one-to-one or in small groups with students needing extra help.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
• Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are essential.
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• A patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting students.
• A passion for education and working with young people.
