Your Role

As a key part of our classroom community, you'll:

• Support learning by assisting teachers with lesson delivery, preparing resources, and creating a positive classroom environment.

• Work closely with students, offering one-on-one or small group support to help SEN students excel and meet learning goals.

• Help manage the classroom by monitoring progress, providing feedback, and fostering a productive atmosphere.

• Take care of essentials, from organising materials and managing displays to handling attendance.
