Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: WN2 Area
Hours: 8:45 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.83 - £14.54 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

Reeson Education is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in the WN2 area as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to support EYFS pupils with SEND needs and provide general class support in a warm, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support as a teaching assistant for EYFS pupils with SEND.
• Work closely with the class teacher to create engaging, interactive, and inclusive learning experiences.
• Support children's social, emotional, and communication development.
• Assist as a teaching assistant with early phonics, literacy, and numeracy activities.
• Help to build a calm, structured, and nurturing environment where every child feels supported.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in EYFS or SEN support, is desirable but not essential.
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with young learners.
• A strong passion for inclusive education and early childhood development.
• Commitment to a long-term role in a supportive primary school.
