Location: SK2 Area
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.83 - £14.54 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

Reeson Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the SK2 area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 class, providing in-class support and helping pupils thrive in their learning journey.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Year 4 class, as a teaching assistant with their learning and development.
• Work closely with the class teacher as a Teaching Assistant to create engaging lessons.
• Provide small-group and one-to-one interventions to reinforce key learning areas.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
• Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Support children with SEND and additional learning needs when required.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient approach.
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• A commitment to a long-term teaching assistant role in a primary school setting.
