Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience in supporting children with SEND? Tradewind Recruitment are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming primary school in the SK5 area of Stockport as a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant.
The school is seeking a SEND specialist to work closely with a child who has complex requirements. This is an incredibly rewarding role where you will provide tailored support to ensure the child's needs are met and help them thrive in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to a child with complex SEND needs
- Implement individualised learning plans in partnership with the class teacher and SENCO
- Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment
- Support the child with academic, social, and emotional development
- Encourage independence and confidence in all areas of learning

- Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with complex needs
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
