Role of a Teaching Assistant:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality lessons, support students' learning needs, and help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will also provide 1:1 support for students and work with small groups to boost their confidence and academic progress.

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Assist the class teacher with delivering lessons in a variety of subjects.
• Provide individual and small group support to students.
• Help to create a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Support students with their learning and development, adapting tasks as necessary.
Help with classroom management and ensure all students are on task.<#####ata-start="#####" data-end="1553">Promote inclusive teaching methods and encourage participation from all students.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience a#####Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.

A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full pote#####l.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to various teaching methods and classroom enviro#####ts.
